Congrats on your HoK order! Our plant shipping days are Monday to Thursday. 

Order placed with standard shipping are dispatched within 1-3 working days via 24hr courier. Non-plant orders are shipped on Monday to Friday. 

Orders placed with priority shipping will be dispatched same day if ordered before 12pm, or otherwise the following day (not including Friday if the order contains plants).

Orders placed with Saturday delivery up to 12pm Friday, will ship on Friday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will ship the following Friday.

Please note: Delays can occur at peak times or when weather conditions prevent shipment.

When will I receive my order?

We restock on a weekly basis however availability of plants changes throughout the year. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee when a plant that is currently out of stock, will return. 

To be the first to know when an item is back in stock, turn on email stock notifications by clicking 'notify when available' to the right of the product listing.

When are you expecting a restock?
