We can't be-leaf it! You've confirmed your order only to realise it's an old delivery address provided. If you have accidentally given us the wrong delivery address please get in touch with us by emailing [email protected] as soon as possible. Please let us know your order number and the correct address and we will try our best to alter your delivery address.
Please note: We cannot provide absolute assurance of successfully updating your address in time. If redirecting your parcel is necessary this will unfortunately incur an additional delivery charge. Additionally, where plants are damaged as a result of delayed delivery due to incorrect address inputs, we cannot compensate for this. Please ensure your address is correct and in full before continuing to payment.
